1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@qutee.in with your order details.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product pricing, or any unforeseen issues.
  • In the event of such cancellation, we will notify you and provide a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.2 Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3.2 Gift cards and any other promotional items are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1 If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
